Airport Groups

Airport Group Transportation for SFO, OAK & SJC

Arrivals and departures for teams, wedding parties, conference delegates and school groups — 8–56 passengers, coordinated from our Santa Clara base.

One group, one arrival plan.

Moving a group through a Bay Area airport is a scheduling problem more than a driving problem. Flights land minutes apart, bags come off at different times, and the curb is the one place a group can lose an hour. We plan the transfer around the group's slowest link rather than the first passenger out of the terminal.

You get one coordinator for the whole movement, driver details before the trip, and vehicles sized to the real bag count — not just the head count. For recurring arrivals such as quarterly onsites or repeat conference programs, the same plan can be re-run to the same schedule.

By airport

Planning notes for each Bay Area airport

Airport authorities set and change their own curb and staging rules. We confirm the current pickup arrangement with dispatch for your date rather than promising a specific door in advance.

San Francisco (SFO)

The busiest option for international and East Coast arrivals, and the most common airport for Peninsula and San Francisco hotel programs. International and domestic terminals are far enough apart that split arrivals need a single staging plan.

Oakland (OAK)

A smaller footprint and short walks from baggage claim, which suits domestic groups landing together. Common for East Bay campuses, Berkeley-area programs and North Bay wedding weekends.

San José (SJC)

The closest airport to Silicon Valley campuses and our Santa Clara base, and often the quickest curb-to-destination time for South Bay corporate travel and San Jose convention programs.

Multiple flights, one group

When a group lands across several flights we either hold one vehicle for a staged pickup window or send vehicles per flight, whichever gets the group to the destination sooner.

Departures and check-in buffers

We build the pickup time backwards from the group's check-in window, including a buffer for a large party clearing bag drop and security together.

Private terminals and regional fields

Private aviation terminals and regional airports are handled on request; give us the operator name and we confirm access before the day.

Frequently asked questions

How many passengers can you move on one airport transfer?

We carry 8–56 passengers depending on the vehicle. Larger arrivals are handled with multiple vehicles scheduled to reach the curb together, coordinated by one dispatcher.

How much luggage can we bring?

Sprinters have room for carry-ons and a moderate number of checked bags, minibuses add dedicated luggage bays, and motorcoaches have full undercarriage bays. Tell us bag counts with your passenger count and we will size the vehicle so nobody rides with a suitcase on their lap.

Which airports do you serve?

San Francisco (SFO), Oakland (OAK) and San José (SJC), plus regional airports and private terminals on request.

What do you need from us to plan an arrival?

Flight numbers, arrival or departure times, passenger and bag counts, the destination address, and a mobile number for the group's on-site lead. Dispatch handles the rest.

Can one booking cover both the arrival and the departure?

Yes. Round-trip and multi-leg itineraries are quoted together, and the same coordinator manages both ends of the trip.

Can you accommodate a wheelchair user in an airport group?

Tell us in the request. Accessible vehicles are arranged around your boarding requirements, and our team confirms what is available for your date before you commit.
