Executive shuttle vehicle prepared for a Bay Area campus group

Universities & Campuses

University & Campus Shuttles

Coordinated transportation for students, faculty, visitors and campus events across the Bay Area.

Campus transportation built around the academic day.

A campus move may be a single orientation transfer, a faculty outing or a recurring connection between parking, housing and academic buildings. We build the route around actual pickup points and class or event times.

For recurring service, we review likely ridership by time period instead of assuming one vehicle size works all day.

Based in Santa Clara, we serve the Bay Area with vehicles for 8–56 passengers.

Details that shape the route

Send the operational details that affect timing and vehicle access.

  • Campus and off-campus pickup points
  • Operating hours and desired frequency
  • Expected passengers by time window
  • Event start and dismissal times
  • Luggage, instruments or equipment
  • Accessibility and boarding requirements

What we need for your quote

  • Campus name and every pickup or drop stop
  • Dates, operating window and frequency
  • Passengers expected per time period
  • Whether stops are on approved campus roadways
  • Accessibility or boarding requests
  • Department contact and billing reference

Campus pricing is driven by hours in service, mileage, the number of daily loops and how many vehicles a schedule needs at peak. Recurring routes are quoted per operating day so a semester can be budgeted. Pricing depends on vehicle type, total time in service, mileage and distance, the number of stops, the day and season, and any waiting or overnight requirements. We do not publish flat rates because those factors change every itinerary; send the details above and you get a written quote.

Frequently asked questions

Can you operate a recurring campus shuttle?

Yes. Share the stops, operating window, expected ridership and frequency so we can plan the appropriate vehicle and schedule.

Can one booking cover several campus events?

Yes. We can plan multiple vehicles or timed movements for orientations, conferences, performances and other scheduled campus events.

How do you choose the vehicle?

We use passenger count, luggage or equipment, route access and service frequency. Our overall service range is 8–56 passengers, while each vehicle keeps its own listed capacity.

Can drivers use interior campus roads?

Only where the campus permits charter access and the vehicle physically fits. Send the intended stops and we will confirm which of them a Sprinter, minibus or motorcoach can reach.

Can a route change between semesters?

Yes. Re-send the revised stop list and operating hours and we re-quote; a new plan does not require starting the relationship over.
