Team travel has two hard constraints: the team has to arrive together with enough time to warm up, and the gear has to travel with them. We plan backwards from the warm-up time rather than the start time, and size the vehicle for people and equipment rather than the roster alone.
For seasons with a repeating fixture list, the same plan can be re-run week to week, which makes scheduling far simpler for a coach or athletic director. Away weekends and tournaments are quoted as a whole, including the required driver rest periods.

24, 27 and 35 passengers
Weddings, conferences, schools and corporate shuttles — comfortable seating for larger groups without stepping up to a full motorcoach.

Party Sprinters are not used for team travel — perimeter seating leaves little room for equipment.

Team pricing depends on the vehicle assigned, total time in service, mileage to the venue, the number of stops, and whether the trip involves waiting, a late return or an overnight with driver lodging. We do not publish flat rates because those factors change with every fixture; send the details above and you get a written quote.
Yes. Motorcoaches have full undercarriage luggage bays and minibuses have dedicated bays, which covers most team bags. Tell us the equipment you are bringing — bat bags, sticks, poles, instruments or coolers — and we size the vehicle for people plus gear.
Per-vehicle capacities range across 8–56 passengers. A roster with coaches and support staff often fits a 35-passenger minibus; a full varsity travel party usually takes a motorcoach.
Yes, on an hourly or as-directed basis, subject to the rest periods required for commercial drivers. Waiting is usually cheaper and simpler than two separate transfers.
Yes. Multi-day trips are quoted with driver lodging and mandated rest periods included, so the schedule you approve is one the driver can legally run.
It can be. Trips organised by a California K–12 school for a school activity may fall under School Pupil Activity Bus rules — see our SPAB school transportation page. Club, adult league and university travel is booked as a standard charter.
Yes — supporters are often booked as a second vehicle on the same schedule so the team travels together.
