We coordinate with the organizer on loading, equipment and return timing. School-organized activity trips are reviewed separately for relevant SPAB requirements.

Youth excursion pricing depends on the vehicle, time in service, mileage, the number of stops and whether the vehicle waits during the activity. Pricing depends on vehicle type, total time in service, mileage and distance, the number of stops, the day and season, and any waiting or overnight requirements. We do not publish flat rates because those factors change every itinerary; send the details above and you get a written quote.
Executive minibuses and motorcoaches serve larger youth groups; Sprinters may suit smaller organizer-led outings.

Yes. We can plan staggered departures or multiple vehicles when age groups or activities follow different schedules.
Supervision stays with the camp or organizer. The driver operates the vehicle; organizers provide the adult ratio their program requires.
Yes, on an hourly basis, subject to the rest periods required for commercial drivers. Waiting is often simpler than two separate transfers.
