Napa and Sonoma appointments run on tight windows, drive times between estates vary far more than a map suggests, and lunch is usually the part that slips. We plan realistic travel between your stops and hold the vehicle for the whole day, so a long tasting does not collapse the rest of the itinerary.

No. Tastings are reserved by you or your planner, because wineries hold the appointment and their group-size and vehicle rules vary. Once your tastings are booked, we build the driving plan around them.
Vehicles cover 8–56 passengers. Many wineries cap group size or restrict larger vehicles, so confirm what each estate allows before you commit to a vehicle.
Most groups leaving from the Bay Area plan eight to ten hours door to door, covering two or three tastings plus lunch. Wine tours are quoted hourly or as a day charter rather than point to point.
Tell us what you are planning in the request and we will confirm what the vehicle you book allows. Open alcohol on board is restricted by vehicle type and California law.
